Welcome to VibeLife by Tarish! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to VibeLife by Tarish. VibeLife by Tarish operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services.
SECTION 1 - ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order on our store, you are offering to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Orders are confirmed once processed and payment (including Cash on Delivery) is verified.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & PRICING
We make every effort to display our products (apparel, sweatshirts, tees) accurately. However, colors may slightly vary due to screen settings. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Dispatch Time: 24–72 business hours.
- Delivery Time: 4 –8 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Charge: A flat rate of ₹20/order applies to domestic orders.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control, but tracking updates will be shared with you via email/SMS.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- We do not accept returns for normal change of mind, size issues, or color preferences.
- Replacements are only provided in the case of damaged, defective, dirty, or incorrect products received.
- An unboxing video showing the opening of the package from start to end is strictly required to claim a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
- Please report any issues immediately to our grievance email.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, brand names, and logos associated with VibeLife by Tarish are our exclusive property and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
